- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry items.
- Earrings that have been used or show signs of wear.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
